    A tree simply existing is enough. I believe that for humans too. Embodiment is enough. But, we crave more. We crave meaningful interaction. It requires something of us. There is a middle ground between passive exsistence and aggressive imposition. Maybe this something could be called assertiveness, for lack of a better word. We are allowed to stretch our arms a bit.
